Koreans are taking over the world
I felt like a loser today because I ate at my desk while reading a loan recapitalization table. However, it wasn’t so bad - I got to try out Sandwich Shop’s (yes, its called “Sandwich Shop”) recently-rolled out “bulgogi cheesesteak.” It’s fucking great. The bulgogi is obviously not Park’s quality, but holistically the very good roll, bulgogi, provolone and jalapeno/cucumber medley make for a great way to spend your weekday lunch hour.
