Mixology Musing #4

I love the mathematical elegance of a sharply-edged ice cube in my cocktail before it starts to melt into an amorphous, H2O-spewing dilutive lump. A new ice cube evokes a number of emotions and descriptions by association: promise, hope, utility, titillation and intoxication.

On the other hand, shaved ice is awesome too. Ok, fine. As long as the ice keeps my damn cocktail cold, life is good.
