1) Pisco sours are not ordered enough on lazy Sunday afternoons. South American pisco, lemon/lime juice, egg whites, simple syrup and bitters. Want to have a great cocktail while reading the paper? Want to feel like you are south of the Panama Canal?Want to piss off a busy bartender? Order a pisco sour.
2) Dear Ice Coffee Vendors: Please start freezing your ice cubes with coffee instead of water. Thanks.
