Animal I went to the Fairfax man-food emporium to cure a late-nite tres leches dessert fix, but decided to add a pork belly sandwich appetizer to the itinerary.  I have to say that while this place is quite popular during normal dining hours (say, 6-9:30 pm), if you go a little later in the evening it is usually easy to secure a table and the final bill is usually quite reasonable if you stick to a glass of wine, a dessert and perhaps an appetizer - H.
