Thanks again to Highindustrial for bringing this little factoid to my attention. We all know the not-so-secret “animal style” off-menu options, but apparently if you prefer a spicer version of their burgers, you can order it with “fried mustard and chopped chilis”.
Curious if its any good, we may have to endeavor to find out. - H. Lee

This blog is usually devoted to original content, but highindustrial brought my attention to this site about the Sydney International Food Festival. Note the flags constructed of stereotypical ingredients from the country being depicted. Note the South Korean flag is composed not of Japanese maki rolls, but of Korean kimbap rolls.
Ludobites at Breadbar
Admittedly this is a front-dated post for a trip to Ludobites that we took back in June. However given the short shelf-life of Ludo’s stay at Breadbar before he opens his own venue, I thought this post was appropriate. I apologize for the grainy quality of the photos.
